COMPETING with hundreds of grocers in the Sydney basin, Flemington-based Perfection Fresh (pictured) has won ‘Wholesaler of the Year’ while Gourmand Providore has won ‘’Providore of the Year’ in the 2021 Sydney Markets Fresh Awards. Revealing the winners by video for the first time, Sydney Markets CEO Brad Latham recognised the dedication of those in the industry: “The Fresh Award contenders are the heroes of our industry. They have had to navigate some of the most challenging times in business with many not only surviving, but thriving.”
