Raging Waters offers $10,000 in hunt for staff

WITH staff shortages following the pandemic, Raging Waters (formerly Wet ’n’ Wild at Prospect) is scrambling to fill jobs ahead of its season opening on December 18.

Around 600 workers are needed throughout the amusement park’s season which runs until April 24 and to entice enough applicants, they have decided to operate a staff lottery with three chances to win $10,000 for those who work for the full season.
Jobs needed to fill include lifeguards, water quality staff, park presentation staff, and food and beverage attendants.
For those coming from in regional areas, Raging Waters will even provide accommodation for the peak part of their season.
Some of the other staff perks include: Free season entry and parking plus free tickets for family and friends; food, beverage and retail discounts; and $100 referral bonus for team members who refer another successful candidate.
