Nurturing school helping young achieve their best

IT may only be small but during the last century, Sydney Adventist School Auburn has touched thousands of lives.

For the last 103 years, Sydney Adventist School Auburn has been a part of the fabric of the local community, growing and becoming a co-educational primary school held in high esteem in the surrounding area and throughout Western Sydney.
Principal Danyel Efstratiou says teachers have worked hard to support and facilitate learning throughout this challenging pandemic season.
The You Can Do It framework, which consists of the five key elements of resiliency, confidence, cooperation, persistence and organisation, helps students maintain a positive sense of wellbeing and achieve their best.
“We are continuing to develop learning experiences that enable us to nurture our students, teach them the skills needed for their futures and build their character to live their lives to the fullest,” Ms Efstratiou said.
“With a focus on building up each students’ abilities, we have a great learning support team to provide aid for students experiencing learning difficulties. “We also provide structured technology practices with a full lab of computers, iPads and Interactive Smart projectors in each classroom plus much more.”
Located on 3 Macquarie Road, Auburn, the school can be contacted on 9649 5279, auburn.adventist.edu.au or facebook.com/sydneyadventistschoolauburn for further info.
