Monster race to carnage

A CONVOY of big-wheeled, big-horsepower monster trucks are ready to strut their mechanical madness this month when Monster Truck Mania storms into Qudos Bank Arena on May 21-22.

It’s all part of the 2022 national tour which kicked off last month, featuring the high flying Monster Trucks, zany Junior Trucks, a blazing Jet Car, a wheel-standing Jeep, a crazy WWll tank with a mind of its own and world-class, backflipping Freestyle Motocrossers.
One truck to watch out for will be Tropical Thunder which came out worse for wear when a dazzling front flip manoeuvre came very much unstuck in the first show, but they’re ready to go for Sydney. Despite the carnage from the first event, all trucks are back ready for action.
“Monster Truck Mania is the family-friendly action attraction that brings these mechanical monsters up close in the very best of surroundings,” a spokesperson said.
Tickets cost from $35. Bookings: Ticketek.com.au.
