Monopoly edition to aid top cancer researchers

THREE Australian families will be told today that their child has cancer; three families this week will lose their child to cancer.

With these facts known only too well after their beautiful little daughter, Alegra, died from brain cancer at the tender age of six, Canterbury couple Marino and Sue-Ellan Vasiliou launched The Little Legs Foundation which has raised over $1,000,000 in just two years.
Last week they launched The Alegra’s Army Edition of Monopoly, a fully licensed Hasbro game depicting Alegra as well as the range of generous sponsors.
“We have already sold 400 boards, with the funds provided to cancer researchers and managed by the Charlie Teo Foundation, to continue their vital work,” Sue-Ellan said.
“Our goal is for our children to make a difference, regardless of whether they’re here or not, so we can help other families.”
