Started by the Panayiotakis family and inspired by traditional Americana recipes, Patisserie New York has been baking beautiful cakes since 1995 and opened their third store in Revesby in January.
Using natural ingredients and traditional baking methods passed down from generation to generation, the cakes from the family-owned wholesale bakery just can’t be beaten.
After the business was started by their father and uncle, siblings Kalliope and Arthur bought into it and took over the reins in 2016.
“It’s no surprise that restaurants, cafes and clubs across Sydney like to keep our cakes in full stock and they’re also favourite among locals and tourists alike,” Kalliope said.
“They’re consistently delectable and luxurious and not just ideal for every occasion but are the perfect guilty pleasure or treat for any age.
“Our wide range includes our citrusy Orange and Poppy Seed Cake, our colourful Confetti Surprise Cake, and our sweet and salty Butterscotch and Date Cake.
“If you’re looking for something more chocolatey, we also offer an elegant Black Satin Mud Cake, silky Chocolate Crunch Mousse Cake, a luscious Black Forest Cake, and many more such as Baked Ricotta, Red Velvet, Concorde and the Contessa.”
All are made and delivered fresh daily from the family’s commercial kitchen in Miranda, with nut-free and gluten-free options available.
The Revesby range also includes puddings for the individual or group, cupcakes, quiches, pies, sausage or spinach rolls and piping hot coffee to put a spring in your step.
