International star wrestles way in to train public

HELPING to develop strong minds and strong bodies, AWF is offering pro-wrestling training classes in Chullora from this month, with world-trained and travelled professional wrestler TNT.

One of Australia’s top wrestlers and trainers, with 25 years pro-wrestling and training experience, TNT has trained hundreds of wrestlers at all levels.
“With classes suitable for novices as well as trained professionals, we will be working hard together to all level up and create excellent wrestling experiences for all participants,” AWF’s Greg Bownds said.
There will be a host of training courses, classes and fan opportunities on offer from September 11 through to November 13, at the new factory at 40 Anzac Street, Chullora, by appointment only.
Some of these include an intensive nine-week course, starting on September 12, across four nights a week, 7.30-9.30pm, suitable for over 16s and ideal for wrestlers, referees, managers and announcers costing $1500 with payment plans on offer; a four-day pro-wrestling dreamcamp in the school holidays, October 5-8, suitable for those aged 12 and over and costing $400; private training sessions for anyone looking to get in the ring at any level available at $100 an hour; pro-wrestling fitness classes for beginners to the experienced for those aged 12 and over, costing $20 an hour; and 90-minute return to wrestling group training sessions for those who have trained previously or have bout experience and costing $30.
There are also Fan In Ring photo and video sessions on offer for $100 on September 19 by appointment only.
“This is your chance to get in the ring and take photos and promo videos with championship belts and in gear,” Bownds said.
“You can even cut a promo with TNT!”
