Hotel raffle sales used to buy van to aid elderly
IT took a while but thanks to the efforts of Bankstown Hotel patrons who supported their meat raffles and donated all funds, the Together We Can (TWC) foundation charity has now purchased a van to transport elderly, disabled and disadvantaged residents to appointments such as their GPs or for shopping purposes.
