Here’s cheers to reopening

Pubs, clubs, cafes and restaurants allowed to open to up to 50 customers from June 1.

THE beer will again be flowing and diners rejoicing with pubs, clubs, cafes and restaurants allowed to open to up to 50 customers from June 1.

As NSW moves to safely bringing back thousands of jobs, Premier Gladys Berejiklian said strict social distancing rules will remain in place, and venues will have to keep to rule of one person per four square metres.
Other conditions will include ensuring all customers are seated and no bookings of more than 10 allowed.
“This decision has been made with expert health advice and both businesses and patrons will be subject to strict rules and guidelines,” she said.
“Things will be very different.
“Imagine even something as simple as having joint cutlery on a table won’t be able to exist anymore. A simple buffet won’t exist anymore.”
The AHA and ClubsNSW have confirmed their members will comply with all conditions stipulated by NSW Health and patrons have been advised to check with the venue before attending to ensure they will be able to attend.
