Help to unlock a teen’s potential and receive free expert coaching

AS the world of work transforms after entering the ‘virus’ age, can you see the value in upskilling with some professional development coaching?

Or maybe you’d like to walk alongside a high school student to invest in their sense of self and hope for the future?
You can learn how to coach for free and unlock a young adult’s potential by taking part in Max Potential 2022.
Dooleys has been a long-term partner with the Max Potential youth leadership program and each year, gives staff the opportunity to volunteer, with scholarships available in both the Cumberland and Parramatta programs.
“As a Community Coach, you receive professional coach training and then are matched with a young adult (16 years old) who you coach regularly while also participating in interactive half-day workshops,” a spokesperson said.
“Over 22 weeks you also receive three one-on-one coaching sessions with a professional coach to work on your own goals.
“Be part of an amazing, transformative experience as the young adults develop their personal leadership through challenges and triumphs – and learn a lot about yourself along the way.”
Dooleys employee Benjamin Johnson who took part in last year’s Max Potential, said: “The most important thing that I have learned is all the things surrounding the concept of my authentic success … the values, the required steps and changes that I have to develop to succeed in that journey.
“I am excited about my future because of what Max Potential equipped me with along with how I have been able to help a young person.”
With the Cumberland program on offer from Mach 17 to August 25, those interested can find out more and apply at maxpotential.com.au.
