Get stress test to boost health

PRICELINE Lidcombe pharmacist Omar Tehseldar (pictured with Lisa Hua) is urging residents to have a free, medically reviewed stress test to improve health during October.

The health station allows anyone to check and monitor their vitals when it suits, with no appointment necessary.
Omar said: “It is no surprise that many are feeling the pressure of life, but the lack of knowledge around the health impacts is concerning.
“Stress can be a normal part of life, but it can have serious health implications – such as migraines, insomnia, heart disease, high blood pressure, a weakened immune system or anxiety and depression.
“With 2020 being a difficult year for most, our health station offers an easy way for customers to check in on their stress levels.”
