Following negotiations and an alleged brief physical altercation, the 33-year-old was arrested about 12.15am today (Thursday, May 14).
The Victorian man was taken to Concord Hospital for treatment to minor injuries before being taken to Burwood Police Station where he was charged with apprehension on warrant issued in another state.
