Expert treatment for feet and lower-limbs

PROVIDING the most complete and up to date treatment for all your foot and lower-limb needs, Lidcombe Podiatry takes a fresh approach to foot care with preventative measures and education to ensure your feet are comfortable and pain-free for longer.

With the clinic open and conveniently housed on Level 3 of Dooleys Health and Fitness at Church Street in Lidcombe, owner Nicole Jamieson says the demand has grown for more home visits which her team is happy to do but the clinic has full Covid safety protocols in place.
“We, of course, are social distancing, taking customers’ temperatures on arrival and screening as per NSW Health regulations,” Ms Jamieson said.
“We have also introduced what we call a ‘medi pedi’ for customers who do not want to visit a nail salon.
“They can leave here with their feet looking beautifully without the risk of infection.”
Ms Jamieson said she had noticed more customers with bio-mechanical ailments arising out of exercising more during lockdown.
“Some customers are being more active which is a good thing as complaints like sore feet, heels and arches can be easily treated,” she said.
Expert at treating corns and calluses, fungal toenails, Tinea (commonly known as Athlete’s Foot), plantar warts and ingrown toenails, Lidcombe Podiatry also specialises in Orthotics which are customised foot inserts that are placed into shoes to improve the function of the foot.
Other conditions may be treatable with muscle strengthening exercises but you need to book for an assessment, especially if you suffer from pain in the feet, legs, hips or lower back.
