Brew up ideal way to enjoy drop with cheat day platter

WITH warmer weather on the way, Basement Brewhouse, located inside Bankstown Sports, is your craft beer destination in Sydney’s west and is set to launch a new menu in October featuring delicious house-smoked meats and cheat day platters.

Since opening in 2016, Basement Brewhouse’s beverage range has expanded to 10 house brewed beers, as well as seasonal releases and single keg pilot batch beers.
The remainder of the 20 beer taps feature a rotating line up from local craft breweries.
The team at Basement Brewhouse recently canned 2,200 litres of their best-selling beers, Pale Ale and Kolsch, with the beers winning a range of awards including the INDIES 2019 Bronze Medal and bronze at the prestigious 2019 Sydney Royal Beer and Cider Show.
Basement Brewhouse’s Kolsch pours light gold with a creamy white head and has a longer maturation period, which gives it a smooth mouthfeel, clean malt character and crisp finish.
The Pale Ale is brewed with the Australian climate in mind; it’s bright and refreshing for those warm summer days.
The Basement Brewhouse Brewers have made sure to keep the body of this beer light to allow floral and citrus aromas from the dry hop to shine through.
There has never been a better time to experience these amazing drops but if craft beer isn’t for you, you will definitely love the range of signature cocktails and wines on tap.
Take the award winning Pale Ale and Kolsch home with you, available for purchase from Basement Brewhouse or the Bankstown Sports Mona Reception desk.
Cans are available for take away only – a six-pack for $14 or a case (24 cans) for $49.
Happy sipping!
