Best bootcamp for women

FIT, fierce and fabulous – that is the goal that sisters Dolly and Liali set for their clients at Dolly’s Bootcamp.

Offering a four-week program costing $250 where you can take the 45-minute session daily, clients are also provided with nutrition plans and numerous personal development tips.
With experience spanning over a decade, Dolly and Liali have trained in elite gyms all over the world and have brought their passion and expertise back to the community through Dolly’s Bootcamp.
Dolly says they have had many success stories coming through their studio in the past eight years.
“It is a military-style bootcamp that we offer, with clients losing a minimum of 10-20 kilos in three months, and a workout regime for women of all ages and fitness levels,” she said.
“These include HIT (high intensity training sessions), tabata (one minute on, one minute off) and body weight and equipment training – using all the functional movements of everyday life,” she said.
“We are not focused on making money, it’s more about helping people evolve to be confident and strong and the best versions of themselves they can be.
“We are very patient and will help you all the way; we never get tired because we love what we do.”
The gym studio is for womens-only workouts but to whomever takes in a copy of this edition of the Torch, Dolly will provide a free fitness and nutrition consultation complete with a weigh-in and measurements.
Operating out of their gym studio at Unit 2, 46 Wellington Road, South Granville, the sisters train 150 women of all ages and cultures seven days a week.
