Police are appealing for witnesses after a Punchbowl barber was bashed and stabbed last night.
Shortly after 6pm (Tuesday, March 2), two men entered a barber’s shop on Arthur Street and assaulted a 33-year-old man, believed to be the owner of the store.
He was treated by paramedics for two puncture wounds to his leg and arm before being taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
The two men ran from the store and were last seen heading getting into a vehicle and heading north on Arthur Street.
Campsie Police are investigating.
