AUBURN police showed its appreciation to the many emergency and healthcare workers – including those from NSW Health, Rookwood Cemetery, Sydney Olympic Park, Fire and Rescue NSW, and Transport for NSW – who were involved in the local Covid response, with a barbecue last Friday afternoon.
Commander, Superintendent Danielle Emerton (pictured with local firefighters), said the barbecue was the perfect opportunity for Auburn police to “show our appreciation for the hard work and valuable relationships we developed with those agencies during the pandemic”.
