Age no barrier to having a good time

PROVING that age is no barrier to having a good time, the City of Canterbury Bankstown is hosting more than 20 events during Seniors Festival celebrations this month.

Those aged 55 years and older are encouraged to take part in a range of free activities.
Mayor Khal Asfour said there would be catered library events as well as the Seniors Concert and more.
“I’m excited for seniors to learn how to salsa, play golf and bowls, discover the benefits of aqua aerobics or take part in a falls prevention activity,” he said.
