Can return to come clean

TOMRA Cleanaway is working to solve a number of concerns with the reverse vending machine (RVM) site (pictured) in the carpark at Granville Woolworths

Responding to a story in last week’s Auburn Review about cleanliness and noise complaints at the site, a spokesperson for the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) said Tomra Cleanaway is responsible for managing the RVM network including issues related to cleanliness.
She said Tomra had been working with the site landlord and Cumberland Council to manage the issues raised, as well as to review the machine’s location, but no decision on relocation had been made.
