Spreading Christmas joy

SPREADING plenty of Christmas cheer to staff and patients alike, students from St Joseph the Worker Catholic Primary School’s choir and ‘mini-Vinnies’ team sang up a storm in the corridors of Auburn Hospital last month.
Singing 10 Christmas carols in “angelic voices”, a spokesperson for the school said it was the third year they had performed at the hospital and it was a joyful experience for everyone involved.
“It was a heartwarming and wonderful afternoon that lifted the spirits of all,” she said.
“The children sang brilliantly and also handed out hand-decorated and personally written Christmas cards which were well received.”
