SHARING some festive cheer, officers from Bankstown Police helped Santa with a pre-Christmas delivery of toys to children at Bankstown Hospital, including two-year-old Samaya Hossian and her parents Sanjida and Mahmud. Sergeant Jane Prior said hampers of donated food and gifts were also delivered to those in need through women’s refugees and the Bankstown Womens Health Centre, with the aim of making this time of the year a little better for them on behalf of Bankstown Police. “We know only too well of the hardships that some people within our community face during this period,” she said.
