Trio charged over murder

THREE men have been charged with murder following investigations into a fatal stabbing in Condell Park on the weekend.

Emergency services were called to a unit on William Street, Condell Park, about 2.45am on Saturday, after reports a 29-year-old man had been stabbed multiple times.
He was treated by paramedics, however, he died at the scene.
A 59-year-old woman was also treated for minor injuries.
Following extensive investigations, Strike Force Browallia detectives, assisted by the Public Order and Riot Squad, executed a search warrant at a unit on Coward Street, Mascot, about 11pm on Monday night where a 27-year-old man was arrested.
Shortly after, a 29-year-old man was arrested at a home on Angus Street, Auburn.
A third man, aged 35, was arrested at Maroubra Police Station about 11.30pm the same day.
They were all charged with murder.
The 27-year-old man and 35-year-old man were also charged with robbery armed with offensive weapon, and assault with intent to rob armed with offensive weapon.
Police will allege in court that both men forced entry to the Condell Park unit, before stabbing the 29-year-old man and assaulting the woman.
Investigations are continuing.
