Top tribute band to dazzle as INXS

ONE of Australia’s premier tribute bands, the Original Sin: INXS Show will be coming to Canterbury League Club this Saturday night.

“I founded this show 13 years ago, first and foremost, as a fan. I grew up with INXS music, with Michael Hutchence being my main inspiration in becoming a musician/singer,” lead singer Glenn Campbell said.
“Performing their music is such a privilege and something I’ll never get tired of doing. The boys in the band also love performing the songs and it really shows when you see them on stage.”
Audience members will go on a journey filled with INXS’ biggest and most popular hits from the late ‘70s to early ‘90s. On the night, expect songs like Never Tear Us Apart, Don’t Change, What You Need, Kiss The Dirt, Need You Tonight, Original Sin, Burn For You and so much more.
The songs are performed in perfect sync with all of INXS’ original video clips which lends an electrifying aspect to the show.
“My favourite song to perform is probably ‘Never Tear Us Apart’ due to the fact that the audience response to that keyboard intro is amazing as they know what’s coming,” Glenn said.
“We love travelling interstate to do corporate functions and public shows. It’s a time when we’re all together all of the time and it’s great to just hang out with each other as we all get on so well.”
The band also recently welcomed aboard their talented new keyboardist, Bruce Hodges.
The show starts at 7.30pm. Tickets costs $10 and are available at canterbury.com.au
