Share secret recipe to business success

PROVIDING practical information, ideas and networking opportunities to help businesses start up and grow, Cumberland Local Business Smart Strategies evening at the end of October, will feature business gurus sharing their professional insight.

‘Get your Business Ready for the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Era’ is one of the topics being discussed.
Speaker Ian Jansen (Independent Digital Advisor of Automation & AI, Digital Transformation) said: “Whether you know how AI and automation works does not matter. What matters is that its effects will be profound. The way that work is done and how large and small business operate will change forever.”
Akash Malik, an entrepreneur and consultant specialising in cost effective social media, will speak on ‘Attracting & Retaining Customers in A Changing Climate’.
He said: “Customer acquisition and retention strategies have been disrupted! Analytics, AI, instant gratification and social proof are some of the elements that you can no longer ignore in your marketing mix and channels.”
Participants will also hear from Andre Estephan, the owner and founder of El Jannah in Granville.
Twenty years ago Andre started a venture into the food business, with no money and one business partner and created the charcoal chicken shopfront.
With no background in the food industry and what began as a humble goal to ‘make $500 a week’, El Jannah has now grown into a household name with seven stores across Sydney.
Andre will share his secret recipe to success at the event at The Holroyd Centre (17 Miller Street, Merrylands) on Wednesday, October 30, 6pm-8.30pm.
