Rock chick tribute to wow club crowd

QUINTESSENTIAL rock chicks ‘Deborah Harry’ (Amanda Easton) and ‘Chrissie Hynde’ (Sarina Jennings) will front the Blondie vs Pretenders Tribute Show at the Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL on Friday, October 18, at 8.30pm.

Backed by the renowned A Team Band from the Access All Eras team, including Gary Fredericks (guitar), Tim Wedde (keys), Lloyd Gyi (drums) and Steve Bull (bass), the show covers an astounding catalogue of hits, traversing decades and genres.
Enjoy the best of these songs along with tales of rock excess that saw the amazing rise of both performers to superstardom during the hedonistic 70s and 80s.
From Brass In Pocket to Heart of Glass, this is a show to remind you why these two Hall of Fame bands deserve to cement their positions in the annals of Rock and Roll.
Also coming up on Saturday, October 26, is a ‘can’t miss’ show from Wanted (Dead or Alive), Australia’s most sought after Bon Jovi Tribute Show.
Kick up your heels to rock classics including Lay Your Hands On Me, Bad Medicine, Sleep When I’m Dead, Dead Or Alive, Bed Of Roses, It’s My Life,Keep The Faith, Blaze Of Glory and Runaway.
Tickets for both shows are free for members and $15 for visitors.
Book your ticket at the club or via chprsl.com.au.
