Chef cooks up way
to ‘out-grill’ world

CANTERBURY’S Manoj Chundali is off to Dublin, Ireland, this month as part of the Australian team to compete at this year’s Nando’s International Master Griller competition.
To win his place, Manoj, who works at Nando’s Clarence Street, first had to out-grill the competition at regional level to earn a spot on the NSW team, before travelling to Melbourne for the Australia Master Griller competition in August, in which he competed against 15 other flame-grillers who all sweated it out over the flames in front of a panel of expert Nando’s judges to win one of the four places.
