Led by Executive Chef Helmut Gundendorfer, Bavarian Express is an exclusive pop-up restaurant located next to Greenfield Station Bistro, where you can indulge in hearty German favourites and the club’s very own Helles Lager, brewed onsite at Basement Brewhouse.
Choose from entrees like the German Pretzel, Bavarian Antipasto to share, traditional Alpen Camembert, Munich Fries, Hofbrauhaus Caesar Salad or the ultimate comfort food – Cheese Spaetzle.
The deliciously satisfying mains include Beef Goulash, a Munich Beef Burger, a selection of different schnitzels and a Berliner Chicken Schnitzel Burger, Crispy Pork Knuckle, Pan-fried Pork Medallions, Smoked Pork Ribs, Snowy River Rainbow Trout Fillets, the Woodchopper Burger and a tasting plate from The German Butcher.
There’s a selection of sides to accompany your meal including Braised Red Cabbage, Potato Kraut Salad, Sauteed Seasonal Vegetables and more, and you can finish off with a sweet treat such as Black Forest Cake, Apple Strudel or Pancakes.

Simply purchase a kids meal and a main meal and swipe your membership card at the time of payment, and you’ll receive your child’s dish for free. One free kids meal per main meal only.
