Make difference

THE Cancer Council is encouraging everyone to show support for someone they know affected by cancer by volunteering their time or making a donation this Daffodil Day on Friday, August 23.

The daffodil is the international symbol of hope for everyone affected by cancer.
Daffodil Day is Cancer Council’s most iconic fundraising event, with supporters and volunteers coming together in the community to sell daffodils and merchandise.
Money raised will provide more than hope to people affected by cancer, it will fund vital cancer research that is saving lives every day.
The Cancer Council is asking the community to get involved and show their support for anyone affected by cancer this Daffodil Day Appeal by donating to wear a daffodil pin or pick up fresh daffodils at one of 58 sites across Greater Western Sydney on Friday, August 23.
